About the Owners:
Dave Fautley, owner in David Paul Builders, Inc. since 1995, began his career many years ago in the real estate industry. In addition, he spent much of his life in the manufactured home business when he decided to expand his skills to modular construction and then to residential and commercial building. Dave holds many licenses that have afforded him much experience in the many facets of buying a home. These licenses include: residential and commercial building contractor, real estate broker, mortgage broker, and insurance agent.
Dina Fautley manages the operations of David Paul Builders, Inc. She joined the Company full-time in 1998 after spending 6 years as the Chief Financial Officer at C. R. Jackson, Inc. Dina is a CPA by trade, but has found a passion for the construction industry. She claims that all the numbers and details that go into construction are a natural parallel her skills as a “bean counter.”
